If you ever thought it= would be great to have professional photos of you event (that you could take with= you when you go home) you’ve found your answer.

How it works

We setup bo= th a professional camera & photo printer. (Also a portable background, if ne= eded)

All photos = are taken on site during your event and printed for your guests to take home with the= m.

All photos = are presented in keepsake display folders. A classy presentation touch that las= ts.

We can prin= t up to 240 8x10 photos in one hour with our Kodak Professional mini-labs.

We offer= two ways to make it happen.

You choo= se the one that works based on your type of group or event.<= /p>

FREE = 211; Large groups

Large group events (300 people or more) w= here photos are expected, are done on speculation.

No setup or per photo cost to you.

Your members/attendees pay only for the photographs they want from the packages offered.

Types of events where this works well= :

Proms, Dances, Tournaments where awards are given, etc.

Packages priced from $20 to $40. Package details designed on request.

LOW COST – Smaller groups

For smaller groups where speculation isn’t a viable option, we offer a low cost option.

Groups that hold Dinner Parties, Award Banquets, Recognition ceremonies, Class Reunions, etc. can choose to pay a per photo price for each member/couple in attendance & award presentation.

The cost is sometimes included in the price of the event ticket, paid by the hosting group, or some arrangement of both. You cost is barely more than a commercially printed photograph, depending on the size of your group and are professionally done and printed on site.

Photos of your guests are taken as they arrive or receive awards.

Per your instructions, the photos are printed and given to the appropriate pers= ons, or displayed on a table for your guests to “ooh” and “ahh” over when they come to pick theirs up before departing.

For printed= photos of each person, couple, or award: (50 person or couple minimum required)

50 to 100, = an 8x10 is $20 each and 5x7’s are $10 each. &nbs= p; Up to two hours onsite.

101 to 200,= an 8x10 is $15 each and 5x7’s are $8 each. &n= bsp; Up to three hours onsite.

201 to 349,= an 8x10 is $10 each and 5x7’s are $6 each.&nb= sp; Up to four hours onsite.

For large corporate events:

Up to 6 hours time and up to 500 printed 8x10 photos. Flat fee of $2500 (only $5 per 8x10)
